The Checkout table is where you will assure that everyone has made it to all of the stations. The staff manning the Checkout Table will look at the back of each of the Health Fair Booklets to make sure each participant has visited each of the stations. Those participants who have gone to all of the stations will be given a free gift (magazine, book, etc. depending upon your health fair organizing team). Also, each person should be directed to the health seminar interest form so that they can sign up for future health seminars.

This is really what your health fair is about - coming into contact with individuals from your community through health to develop relationships that will lead to decisions for eternity. God bless as you use these means to reach hearts!
