There is an unmistakable link between health and diet that has been understood for millennia but is increasingly being supported by research. In this section, we wish to bring you resources that will help you in pursuing health and wellness through appropriate diet. As mentioned before, the body does not exist alone, but is indelibly linked to the mind and soul, so modification of your diet is not all that you need to reach a healthy, vibrant life, but it is a major contributing factor.

Do you want to know what are the advantages of eating a vegetarian diet versus a meat-based diet? Are you interested in transitioning to a vegetarian diet, but don’t know how do go about it? How do you get enough protein when you don’t eat meat? What is the nutritional content of common food items? What are some healthy substitutes to unhealthy ingredients that I can use in my cooking? How does diet impact diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, cancer, etc? Where can I find vegetarian/vegan recipes that I can try? How do I go about making the changes I need to?

We will attempt to present information from both a biblical and scientific standpoint and refer to other resources that have additional information for your benefit. Diet alone can be an exhaustless topic, and the information contained herein will become more comprehensive with time.
