Sticky Popcorn

• ½ c popcorn
• 1-2 T honey
• ¼-½ t salt
• ½ t ground coriander, cardamon, or anise

Pop corn in an air popper, or microwave popcorn bowl. Pour into large bowl. In small, microwave bowl put remaining ingredients. Heat for 5-10 seconds to make honey runny. Stir well and drizzle over popcorn, stirring popcorn often to get even distribution. Popcorn will be sticky, hence the name! My kids love it, though. However, if you want to avoid the stickies, spread out popcorn on a couple of cookie sheets and place in a low temp oven, like you would do for making caramel popcorn.
